How to Roast A Chicken in the Crock Pot

Ingredients
  • 6 Tablespoons Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Whole Organic Chicken
  • ½ Cup Quality Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, Melted
Instructions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken in crock pot and cover with oil. Loosen skin and massage oil under skin.
  3. Rub spice mixture under and on top of the skin of the chicken, making sure to evenly distribute the spices.
  4. Cover the pot with the lid and cook on high for 4 hours of low for 8 hours.
  5. Carefully remove the meat from the pot with tongs. Use caution as the chicken and pot will be extremely hot.
  6. Save any bones and skin if you wish to make bone broth.
  7. Enjoy!
