This Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie and packs a nutritional punch.
Ingredients
1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (you may substitute any non-dairy milk)
½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tsp Liquid or Granulated Stevia
2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 Cup Ice
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (use a Paleo-friendly version if you are following the Paleo Diet)
1 Pinch Salt
Cinnamon and Walnuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute, or until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and raw walnuts. Enjoy!
