Combine tapioca flour (or arrowroot powder), coconut flour, onion powder, and salt until mixed well.
Add coconut oil, water, and egg. Mix well until a ball of dough forms. The dough may be a bit crumbly, but this is normal.
Press the ball of dough (and any dough crumbs) to cover a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Be sure to press the dough from the center of the pan until it reaches the edges of the pan.
Bake dough for approx. 8 minutes.
Top your crust with desired toppings.
Bake topped crust for 8 minutes.
Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!
