Easy Grain & Gluten Free Pizza Crust {Paleo Friendly}
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Tapioca Flour or Arrowroot Powder
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1½ Teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
  • ⅓ Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
  • ⅓ Cup Water
  • 1 Large Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.
  2. Combine tapioca flour (or arrowroot powder), coconut flour, onion powder, and salt until mixed well.
  3. Add coconut oil, water, and egg. Mix well until a ball of dough forms. The dough may be a bit crumbly, but this is normal.
  4. Press the ball of dough (and any dough crumbs) to cover a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Be sure to press the dough from the center of the pan until it reaches the edges of the pan.
  5. Bake dough for approx. 8 minutes.
  6. Top your crust with desired toppings.
  7. Bake topped crust for 8 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!
