Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the heated pan and cook over medium heat until onions become translucent.
Add broccoli to the pan and cover with a lid. Allow the broccoli to cook for approx. 2-4 minutes.
Stir the veggie mixture and add the meat and mushrooms to the pan. Cook until the meat is browned and stir frequently.
Meanwhile, combine the tapioca flour (or arrowroot powder), apple cider vinegar, honey, coconut aminos, pepper, and pink salt in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
Pour the liquid mixture over the meat and veggies and stir well.
Serve immediately.
