This light and creamy healthy salad dressing is tasty and full of nutrition.
Ingredients
  • ½ C Extra Virgin or Light Olive Oil (according to your preference)
  • ¼ C Red Wine Vinegar
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Filtered Water
  • 4 Tablespoons Organic Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • ⅛ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until completely combined. Store remaining dressing in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
