This easy healthy pumpkin spice latte recipe is the perfect alternative to its sugary conventional counterpart.
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Organic Pumpkin Puree
¾ Cup Organic Whole Milk or Organic Nut Milk
1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
½ Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
8-12 Drops Liquid Stevia
1 Cup Strong Brewed Coffee
Instructions
Place pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and liquid stevia in a saucepan and whisk over medium/high heat while the mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.
Place milk mixture in a blender and add the coffee. Blend until frothy.
Pour into a large mug and top with your choice of toppings.
