This easy healthy pumpkin spice latte recipe is the perfect alternative to its sugary conventional counterpart.
Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • ¾ Cup Organic Whole Milk or Organic Nut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 8-12 Drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1 Cup Strong Brewed Coffee
Instructions
  1. Place pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and liquid stevia in a saucepan and whisk over medium/high heat while the mixture comes to a simmer. Remove from heat.
  2. Place milk mixture in a blender and add the coffee. Blend until frothy.
  3. Pour into a large mug and top with your choice of toppings.
