A bit of coconut milk and high-quality protein powder make this smoothie dairy free, gluten free, and full of flavor. This tasty smoothie recipe is a great alternative to conventional milkshakes that are often loaded with sugar and chemicals. This all-natural and dairy free pumpkin pie smoothie is packed with flavor and nutrition to keep you fueled and satisfied.

How to Make a Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Step 1:

Place all ingredients except cinnamon and walnuts in a high-powered blender.

Blend ingredients for 30 seconds – 1 minute, or until ingredients are mixed well. You want your mixture to be smooth and creamy.

This Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie and packs a nutritional punch.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (you may substitute any non-dairy milk)
  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tsp Liquid or Granulated Stevia
  • 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (use a Paleo-friendly version if you are following the Paleo Diet)
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Cinnamon and Walnuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute, or until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and raw walnuts. Enjoy!
